Run every real estate content idea past a five-seat board of advisors Claude skill that votes keep, reshape or kill before you film
BAM reports that real estate content creator Dave Hutch, on The Broke Agent podcast, showed a Claude skill he built with Claude's Skill Creator to test content ideas before he films them. The skill seats five advisors: two marketer seats modeled on Alex Hormozi and Sabri Suby, a Champion seat that pushes the idea toward its best version, a Skeptic seat that tries to kill the idea, and a Chair seat that weighs the arguments and returns one of three verdicts: keep, reshape or kill. Hutch built the skill by opening Customize, then Skills, then Create with Claude, and dictating the seats, roles and personalities with Wispr Flow; the skill runs in Claude Cowork on a paid plan and stays toggled on, so any idea he brings runs through the board automatically. In the live example, a hyperlocal World Cup food post for a real estate page drew pushback: the Hormozi seat said food content is a hobby unless the post connects to a nearby listing, the Suby seat said the hook was too broad and should target one buyer, such as an England fan house hunting in a particular neighborhood, and the Skeptic seat said every real estate account in the city would ride the same trend. The Chair voted reshape, and the post became the most English neighborhoods in Toronto, with a pub, a home price data point and the World Cup tie-in for each of three neighborhoods. Hutch uses Claude for idea vetting and hook ideas but writes the video scripts himself.

- This Claude Skill Builds You a 5-Seat Board of Advisors Before You Hit Record

- In Claude, open Customize, then Skills, then Create with Claude, and describe five seats out loud: two marketers you respect, a Champion, a Skeptic and a Chair who must return keep, reshape or kill.
Compliance note: Check any home price or neighborhood claim the reshaped idea calls for against your MLS or public records before the post goes live, follow your MLS rules and fair housing advertising rules, and steer neighborhood content toward places and amenities rather than the kind of people who live in a neighborhood.

Create a skill called content board of advisors. Whenever I bring a real estate content idea, convene five seats: Seat 1 is a marketer modeled on [MARKETER 1] who judges the offer and whether the idea connects to a listing or a client; Seat 2 is a marketer modeled on [MARKETER 2] who judges the hook and the exact viewer the idea targets; Seat 3 is the Champion, who argues for the best version of the idea; Seat 4 is the Skeptic, who argues the idea will fail and says why viewers will scroll past in the first few seconds; Seat 5 is the Chair, who weighs the four arguments and returns one verdict: keep, reshape or kill. On reshape, the Chair writes the reshaped angle in one sentence and names the local data point the post needs. Do not write the script.
