REALTOR® News reports that the owner of Raleigh Realty described a reporting problem to Claude Cowork and got an internal deal-tracking and reporting dashboard, and that Camila Castillo of the Ben Moss Group uses Claude Cowork to write MLS descriptions and to build a list of high-equity homeowners for farming. Claude Cowork is not available on the Free plan. Pro: $20 per month billed monthly, or $17 per month with the annual discount ($200 billed up front). Max: from $100 per month, with 5x or 20x the usage of Pro. Team plans are for teams of 2 to 150. Enterprise: $20 per seat per month plus usage billed at API rates, billed annually. Prices exclude tax. Every plan has usage limits, and multi-step Cowork tasks use more of the limit than a quick question.

Cons

  • Anthropic says Claude Cowork has unique risks because Cowork acts on its own and has internet access. Anthropic advises reviewing planned actions, especially with sensitive files. [support.claude.com]
