About Real Estate Use Cases

Real Estate Use Cases is a directory of AI and AI-agent workflows that real estate agents, team leads, brokers, and investors describe running in public. The directory is modeled on agentusecases.ai and built for a non-technical agent who wants proof that a workflow works before trying the workflow.

How a card gets published

  1. Source first. Every card links to a public post, article, newsletter issue, video, or template where a practitioner (or a publication interviewing a practitioner) describes the workflow. The source link was opened and read before the card was written.
  2. Original summary. The card summarizes the workflow in one or two sentences and does not copy the source text. Results appear only when the source states the result.
  3. Suggested prompt. The prompt on each card is written by this directory, inspired by the source, with [bracketed] variables. The prompt is not a quote from the source author.
  4. Compliance check. Listing, marketing, and texting cards carry Fair Housing, TCPA, or license-law notes where relevant. Cards avoid targeting or describing people by protected class.

Corrections and takedowns

If you are the author of a source and want a card corrected, credited differently, or removed, email hello@realestateusecases.com with the card link. Requests are handled within two business days.
