Virtually stage a whole folder of listing photos from a Claude project with a staging skill and the Higgsfield MCP, with a 'virtually staged' label on every photo
William Zhang, an Austin agent and founder of Real Estate AI Society, set up a Claude project named Smithy for virtual staging and listing marketing. The project instructions are short rules: never invent a fact about price, status, or square footage; never give legal advice; any pricing output is his opinion, not an appraisal; fair housing rules apply; and drafts only, nothing gets sent. He first staged photos by hand in Higgsfield (16:9, 1K resolution, two images per run) with a prompt that keeps walls, floors, windows, and fixtures exactly as they are and adds only modern furniture and decor. In his test, Nano Banana gave very modern furniture but one of two results changed the kitchen counter, while GPT Image kept the room closest to the original photo. He then wrote a virtual staging skill (what to keep, what to add, which style, which model, how to label, and where to save) and connected Higgsfield to Claude Desktop as a custom connector named Higgsfield MCP. Now he drags the listing photo folder into the project, tells Claude to use the staging skill, and gets the staged set back in a folder, each photo with a small 'virtually staged' note in the bottom right corner. A second skill turns the staged photos into a listing website with a before-and-after slider. He compares every staged photo with the original and regenerated one photo where the model had changed a kitchen island. The source video was sponsored by Higgsfield.

- Pick one empty room photo from your photographer and run the same staging prompt on two image models in Higgsfield, then compare each result with the original walls, floors, windows, counters, and fixtures.
Compliance note: Disclose virtual staging on every staged photo, follow your MLS's wording rule for the disclosure, and show the empty original next to the staged version. Compare each staged photo with the original and regenerate any photo where the model changed a counter, island, window, or other fixed feature.

Use the virtual staging skill on every photo in the attached listing folder. For each room photo, keep the walls, floors, windows, counters, islands, and fixtures exactly as they are, and add only furniture and decor in a modern style. Generate two versions of each room. Add a small 'Virtually staged' label in the bottom right corner of every staged photo. Save the staged photos in a new folder named staged, keep each original file name with '-staged' added, and list any photo where the room structure might have changed so I can compare that photo with the original.
