Ask Claude, connected to Hospitable, how your newest vacation rental listings launched: bookings, nights, reviews, and days to first booking

The Orange Cabins, a company managing more than 35 cabins in Lake Arrowhead, California, posted in the Hospitable Community's MCP Builders forum about connecting Claude to Hospitable through Hospitable's MCP server to judge how five cabins that went live between late May and mid-August performed. Instead of exporting reservations and reviews and lining up the two exports by hand, which the poster says used to take an afternoon and usually produced a wrong date, the poster asked Claude, and Claude read the reservation and review records directly. Claude reported 44 confirmed reservations and 120 nights across the five cabins, 25 guest reviews, all five stars, a longest wait of six days from a listing going live to the listing's first booking, two cabins booked on the day each listing went public, and one newly permitted cabin with a public five-star review three days after going live. The poster says days to first booking and days to first review were the most useful numbers and the numbers they would never have worked out by hand. A reply from another host, mindi, says she used the same connection for a month-over-month revenue report on one property across 13 months.

First step
Connect Claude to your Hospitable account through Hospitable's MCP server, then write down the go-live date of each listing you want scored, because days to first booking only works if Claude knows when each listing went public.

Compliance note: Check each review and booking count in Hospitable before you publish launch numbers in marketing to property owners, and keep guest names and personal details out of any post or owner report.

Using my Hospitable reservations and reviews, score the launch of these listings: [listing name and go-live date for each]. For each listing give confirmed reservations, booked nights, number of guest reviews and the average star rating, days from go-live to first booking, and days from go-live to first public review. Then total the same numbers across all the listings. Count only confirmed reservations, show any listing where the go-live date and the first booking look wrong, and say which numbers you could not calculate from the data.
