Script and generate a 24-second neighborhood lifestyle video in Claude with the OpenArt connector

In Agent Intelligence issue #73, Matt Spangler adds OpenArt as a custom connector in the Claude app (Customize > Connectors, https://mcp.openart.ai/mcp), so Claude can generate video clips inside a normal chat and the agent pays per clip. Claude first lists the neighborhood questions buyers ask most, either from the agent's last 50 buyer and client emails or from a general prompt about the city. The agent picks one question, and Claude writes a three-shot, 24-second lifestyle video that answers the question for a named buyer type with no shots of a specific house, then generates each 8-second vertical clip through OpenArt. The agent assembles the clips in the phone's photos app, Instagram, or Google Vids, titles the post with the buyer's exact question, and adds a written description so AI assistants can read the answer.

Compliance note: The clips are AI-generated scenes, not footage of the real neighborhood, so label the video as AI-generated where your platform or state requires a label, never present a generated clip as a specific property, and keep listing photos real. Avoid describing who lives in or should move to a neighborhood in ways that raise fair housing issues.

Look through my last 50 buyer and client emails and list the questions people ask most about specific neighborhoods, in their own words.
Then: Use OpenArt to build me a video. I sell homes in [neighborhood, city], and the question I want this video to answer is: [paste the buyer question]. Write me a 24-second lifestyle video, three shots of 8 seconds each, that answers it by showing the FEEL of living here to a [buyer type, e.g. young family / downsizing couple]. No shots of any specific house. For each shot, write one clean generation prompt: camera move, time of day, mood, and what is in frame. Keep it calm and cinematic, not flashy.
Then: Using OpenArt, generate the first shot from my list as an 8-second vertical clip.
