Search a year of your text messages for client life events, then text each person yourself
In Agent Intelligence issue #79, Matt Spangler connects an AI assistant to Apple Messages, using the Apple Messages plugin in the ChatGPT desktop app on an Apple silicon Mac or the iMessage plugin in Claude Code, and asks the AI to find every conversation from the last 12 months where someone mentioned a baby, a wedding, a new job, a move, a renovation, a kid starting school, or a death in the family. The AI returns each person's name, the date, one line on what the person said, and the time since the last conversation, sorted by longest gap. The agent writes each two-sentence text by hand, without AI drafting.

- Install the Apple Messages plugin in the ChatGPT desktop app or the iMessage plugin in Claude Code, decide whether you are comfortable granting Full Disk Access on your Mac, then paste the search prompt below.
Compliance note: Your phone holds client conversations, and the source says either setup needs Full Disk Access on your Mac, so decide what access you are comfortable granting before you start; the Claude plugin reads messages locally and lets you allowlist contacts. Don't let AI send these texts: the source has the agent type each message by hand and leave out real estate pitches.

Search my messages from the last 12 months. Find every conversation where the other person mentioned a life event: a baby, an engagement or wedding, a new job, a move, a renovation, a kid starting school, a death in the family. For each one give me their name, the date, one line on what they said, and how long it's been since we last talked. Sort by how long it's been. Don't draft anything. Skip group threads.
