Plan next week's five Instagram posts from your own top posts with Meta's Muse app

In Agent Intelligence issue #91, Matt Spangler has agents connect Meta's Muse app to an Instagram professional account and the linked Facebook Page (plus Canva, if the agent designs graphics there), then ask Muse which three of the last 30 days of posts drew the most engagement and what the three posts share in format, topic, and opening line. The agent types in next week's real events, such as a new listing address and price, an open house, a closing, and one local market observation, and Muse plans five posts by day and format using only those facts. Muse drafts two posts under 80 words each in the agent's voice. Nothing publishes without the agent's approval, and Muse can send a Monday plan for review.

First step
Download the Muse app, sign in with your Meta account, switch your Instagram account to a professional (business or creator) account if needed, and connect the Facebook Page linked to that Instagram account.

Compliance note: Check every listing fact in a draft against your MLS sheet or closing file, remove client names unless the clients gave written permission, and keep your brokerage name and any required license disclosures on each post. Approve every post yourself; the source has Muse plan and draft only.

Suggested prompt

Written by this directory, inspired by the source. Replace the [bracketed] parts.

Look at my last 30 days of Instagram posts. Which three got the most engagement, and what do they have in common? Be specific about the format, the topic and how each one opened.
Here is next week: Listing: [address], [price], open house Sunday 1 to 3. Closing Thursday, buyers' first home. Noticed: [one thing about your market].
Using what worked, plan five posts for next week. For each one, give me the day, the format, a one-line idea, and which of my facts it uses. Don't write the posts yet, and don't use any facts I haven't given you.
Then: Write posts one and two in my voice. Keep each under 80 words and use only the facts I gave you.
