Have Claude in Chrome pull showing instructions from the MLS for every home on a buyer's tour list

Austin agent William Zhang runs a seller assistant as a Claude project, and one job he hands it is tour prep. With the Claude extension in Chrome able to see Unlock MLS, he logs in himself when the assistant hits the login screen and switches the model to Opus. Claude then navigates Unlock MLS, pulls the listing information for every property his buyer wants to see, and returns the showing instructions for each property. From there it can schedule each showing through ShowingTime when the listing agent wants that, or by texting the seller's agent. The project instructions carry one rule above all others: never invent a fact, and answer "not found" or ask when a price, date, or address is not in the data.

For a buyer-side Claude setup that reads MLS data through a Flexmls connection instead of a browser, see the buyer concierge card.

I Built an AI Seller Assistant for Real Estate Agents in Claude (Full Build)

First step
Read your MLS's rules on automated access first, then open Chrome with the Claude extension, sign in to the MLS yourself, and test with a tour list of two homes.

Compliance note: Many MLSs restrict automated or bot access, and the source's author says a headless browser got him flagged, so check your MLS's terms before you let an AI browser navigate it. Keep a person in charge of every booking and every message to a listing agent, and treat lockbox and access details as confidential.

I'm signed in to my MLS in this browser. My buyer wants to tour these homes: [addresses or MLS numbers]. For each property, open the listing and return a table with the address, MLS number, list price, status, the showing instructions exactly as written, how the listing agent wants showings booked (ShowingTime, text, call, or other), and the listing agent's contact details. If any field is missing, write "not found". Do not book anything or contact anyone; I will review the table first.
